MasterControl Training™

In regulated industries, such as FDA, EU and ISO environments, companies are required to implement and document employee training to ensure that their personnel know how to perform their duties within company and industry guidelines. As a result, training control is critical to compliance.

MasterControl Training™ automates assignment and monitoring of training tasks and grading of online exams to ensure competency and compliance across the enterprise. It allows sequencing of training courses, so after a prerequisite course is completed the next one is automatically launched. It provides a group sign-off feature for verifying training of large groups of employees. Training control can be seamlessly integrated with the rest of the quality system, so any change to a document or process that warrants new training will automatically invoke training tasks upon approval of the change.

MasterControl Training is integrated with MasterControl Documents and it automatically tasks trainees when required SOPs or other documents change and a new training becomes necessary. Training is also integrated with MasterControl CAPA to automate remedial employee training as a corrective action resolution.
